Lizabeth Kate Morell, a.k.a. "Liza," is proud to be part of the Bailey team, having lived in California serving the local community for over 30 years. Liza specializes in extraordinary homes for the contemplative life, retirement options and sustainable, cooperative development.  Her specializations prompted a move to Corralitos after being a long-time Aptos resident, expanding her real estate territory to include not only Santa Cruz County but also the greater Monterey Bay area.

Liza has been serving in the educational community, currently on the Board of Directors of The Orchard School, and was director of Glenbrae Learning Program for middle school students. A graduate of UCSC, with Honors in Psychology and Community Studies, Liza traveled extensively and received dual citizenship in New Zealand, prior to returning to Santa Cruz to raise a family. Her daughter Arianna, "Lulu," is an accomplished performing artist and honors student attending the University of Redlands in Southern California. Liza was born and raised in New York, where she enjoyed the natural beauty of Long Island and attended the Dalton School in Manhattan.
