Lizabeth Kate Morell, a.k.a. "Liza," is proud to be part of the Bailey team, having lived in California serving the local community for over 30 years. Liza specializes in extraordinary homes for the contemplative life, retirement options and sustainable, cooperative development. Her work specializations prompted a move to Corralitos after being a long-time Aptos resident, expanding her real estate territory to include not only Santa Cruz County but also the greater Monterey Bay area.
Liza has served the local educational community for many years, currently on the Board of Directors of The Orchard School, and was director of Glenbrae Learning Program for middle school students. A graduate of UCSC, with Honors in Psychology and Community Studies, Liza traveled extensively and received dual citizenship in New Zealand, prior to returning to Santa Cruz to raise a family. Her daughter Arianna, "Lulu," is an accomplished performing artist and honors student, attending the University of Redlands in Southern California towards becoming an elementary school teacher. Liza was born and raised in New York, where she enjoyed the natural beauty of Long Island's South Fork and attended the Dalton School in Manhattan.
"Liza continues our tradition of joining forces with full time real estate professionals and offering them tools and resources to serve our clients." Paul and Robert Bailey.
